Kathy Sheng is an executive coach, business leader, board member, and investor. She earned her executive certification in leadership coaching from Georgetown University and has extensive experience in coaching leaders in tech, finance, government, non-profit, and start-ups.
Her global leadership experience spans Fortune 100 financial institutions and cross-cultural advisory engagements across the US and China. Kathy is responsible for the overall participant experience, coaching integration, and the delivery of China-Ready Leadership programs.

Dr. Dongmei Song
Cross-Cultural Management Scholar, Executive Educator, Entrepreneur & Certified Coach
Dr. Dongmei Song is a cross-cultural management scholar and researcher, executive educator, entrepreneur, and certified coach. She has taught cross-cultural management, cross-cultural communication, and human resource management in MBA China Module at IESE and ESADE, and Executive Education programs in Chinese universities and Corporations.
She is also an entrepreneur who created a resource platform that connects Chinese manufacturers with clients and business opportunities globally. Dr. Song is responsible for the academic design, faculty coordination, and executive education content of the China-Ready Leadership programs.
