Our Story
LC Business Bridge traces its roots to a network of Chinese pioneer business professionals who, in the early 1990s, as China accelerated its reform and opening, worked alongside C-suite executives from Fortune 500 companies. Many served as interpreters, executive assistants, and functional experts and managers—professionals who carried the depth of Chinese tradition while communicating fluently in English.
They became a vital bridge between East and West, supporting global executives as they introduced advanced management systems, leadership frameworks, and technological innovations that modernized Chinese enterprises and shaped the nation’s global business evolution.
From these experiences, they learned that true leadership begins with service, and that empathy, cultural intelligence, and the ability to communicate across differences are not soft skills — they are the foundations of leadership.
