Meet the Team

Bailey Ewing is a creative brand strategist, cross-cultural communicator, and global-minded
educator whose work bridges global community engagement, business expansion, and education.

Originally from Raleigh, North Carolina, Bailey has spent over nine years living, working, and
traveling across Asia, with extensive professional experience in South Korea. In Daegu, she
served as a Citizen Reporter, producing visual and written content that highlighted Korea’s
history, culture, and community life for international audiences. Her work supported global
expatriates in understanding and integrating into the local cultural environment, earning
recognition for outstanding photography and visual storytelling through the City of Daegu’s
official Citizen Reporter Program.

In parallel, Bailey collaborated with more than 30 Korean skincare and lifestyle brands,
developing visual content and campaign narratives to support their international expansion. Her
work translated brand identity across cultural contexts, enabling organizations to communicate
authentically with global audiences. She has been recognized by client partners for excellence in
visual storytelling and brand-aligned creative execution across multiple international campaigns.

Bailey also has a serious background in education and leadership. As Head Teacher at an
international children’s school in Daegu, she led a team of 12 educators in designing culturally
immersive English-language and cultural curricula that serve over 300 children aged 3 to 12. She
additionally coached and mentored new expatriate teachers, supporting their professional
integration into the Korean workplace culture.

At LC Business Bridge, Bailey serves as Brand & Marketing Lead, where she shapes and
executes the organization’s brand and content/storytelling strategies. Her work ensures that
LCBB’s mission, programs, and values are communicated with clarity, consistency, and
credibility across global audiences, supporting its cross-cultural management education
initiatives and lifelong learning community.

Bailey holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from Appalachian State University.
