Tailored Open Enrollment Program
Drawing from the evolution of the modern Chinese business environment, our instructors integrate credible research, cross-cultural leadership frameworks, and real-world professional experience to help participants navigate cultural differences with clarity and confidence. Through a blend of lectures, guided discussions, and individualized coaching, participants develop forward-looking cross-cultural management and leadership strategies.
Each program combines culture instruction, individualized coaching, and language learning. The curriculum is structured to provide a comprehensive perspective on each cultural theme, while our language component is tailored to each participant’s business and industry background to enhance practical application and communication effectiveness.
To ensure quality interaction and personalized guidance, class sizes are intentionally limited:
