Claudia Lin
Program Academic Director
China Immersion for Future Business Leaders
Claudia Lin is an accomplished executive education leader, corporate strategist, and leadership advisor with extensive experience shaping high-impact talent and organizational development initiatives across global enterprises.
Claudia has lived and worked in Shanghai and Taiwan, bringing a nuanced understanding of the Greater China business and cultural landscape. Throughout her career in executive education, she served as Managing Director of the China office for European School of Management and Technology (ESMT Berlin), where she held full P&L responsibility and successfully built the business from the ground up. She also held senior leadership roles at Shanghai Jiao Tong University’s Antai College of Economics and Management and China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), where she led large-scale executive education initiatives, expanded global partnerships, and drove sustained revenue growth.
In these roles, she has worked with leading multinational enterprises across industries and geographies, including Henkel, Bayer, GSK, Roche, Volkswagen, Adidas, L’Oréal, and Johnson & Johnson. Across these engagements, she has led end-to-end program design, advanced learning innovation, integrated action learning methodologies, and delivered executive coaching, consistently achieving exceptional participant impact and long-term client partnerships.
Claudia’s leadership experience extends beyond academia into the corporate arena,
where her early career in organizations such as Reuters, Raytheon, and Emerson built
a strong foundation in sales, marketing and organizational development.
She is deeply committed to cultivating globally minded leaders who can navigate complexity, integrate diverse perspectives, and lead with clarity and purpose in dynamic business environments. As Program Academic Director for the China Immersion for Future Business Leaders program at LC Business Bridge, Claudia brings a rare combination of strategic vision, academic rigor, and real-world leadership experience. She partners with senior executives to translate complex business challenges into integrated learning experiences that drive both individual growth and organizational impact.
Claudia holds an MBA from China Europe International Business School, with exchange studies at Richard Ivey Business School, and is a doctor candidate in Business Administration at Hong Kong Baptist University. Her research centers on successor CEOs and their engagement with Top Management Teams (TMTs) in family firms, with an emphasis on leadership transition, team dynamics, and long-term value creation.
