Dr. Dongmei Song is a cross-cultural management scholar, executive educator, and entrepreneur with extensive experience across global business, leadership development, and international market expansion. She is the Co-Founder leading global expansion and growth at Trust & Best Global Sourcing, a China-based international sourcing and trade platform with over 20 years of cross-border business experience. She also serves as China Affairs Representative for IESE Business School, where she focuses on admissions, alumni relations, and corporate development in the China market.

With a PhD in Management from IESE Business School, Dr. Song combines academic research with real-world international business leadership. Her work focuses on cross-cultural communication, global leadership, organizational development, and supporting leaders and organizations in navigating cultural complexity in international environments.

Throughout her career, she has worked across academia, executive education, and global business, building long-term partnerships with international clients, executives, and organizations across cultures and markets. Her entrepreneurial experience has provided her with deep practical insight into trust-building, relationship management, and the role of cultural intelligence in sustainable global growth.

In addition to her leadership and business experience, Dr. Song has extensive experience in executive education, leadership coaching, and talent development. As an ICF-certified coach with years of coaching practice in cross-cultural settings, she has supported executives and professionals through transformative global career journeys, helping them navigate leadership transitions, cross-cultural communication, identity shifts, and organizational complexity in international environments.

At LC Business Bridge, Dr. Song serves as a Leading Faculty in Cross-Cultural Leadership and Management Programs. With deep expertise in China, cross-cultural communication, and international team management, she brings an integrated perspective that combines academic insight, global business experience, and practical leadership development.
