Meet the Team

Kathy Sheng is a distinguished executive coach and former senior business leader who brings a rare combination of strategic insight, cross-cultural fluency, and real-world executive experience to her work with global leaders.

 

With over two decades of leadership across the United States and China, she has held senior leadership roles at Freddie Mac and Wells Fargo, where she partnered with senior executives, boards, and regulators to navigate complex, high-stakes environments. She currently serves as a board member of Mosaic, contributing to the finance and audit committee as well as the investment committee.

 

Kathy is also an active investor and a member of the Citrine Angel – Women Invest Women organization. She was recognized by Diversity Journal as one of the “Asian Leaders Worth Watching” in 2022.

As a trusted advisor to senior executives, Kathy specializes in power and influence, executive presence, and strategic decision-making, helping leaders operate with clarity, confidence, and impact. Her coaching enables leaders to elevate not only their performance but also their thinking, influence, and leadership.

Kathy holds an MBA from China Europe International Business School and a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Iowa. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation and holds an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University.
