Licheng "Nina" Yu
Founder
Licheng “Nina” Yu is a cross-cultural leadership advisor and executive education strategist who works at the intersection of business, culture, and leadership to help leaders navigate complexity and lead with clarity in a global context.
Throughout her career, she has consistently served as a bridge between systems of thought. She began her professional journey as a C-suite interpreter and cultural advisor to multinational executives from organizations such as Siemens, Xerox, Bosch, and Holiday Inn. In these high-stakes environments, she developed a nuanced understanding of how meaning is negotiated across languages, how trust is established across cultures, and how leadership is interpreted rather than just communicated.
She later translated this insight into executive education and organizational development. At Bosch Siemens Home Appliances Group, she led business excellence initiatives that enabled managers to move beyond functional execution toward cross-cultural collaboration and thought systems. At China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), she played a central role in shaping flagship leadership programs, working alongside global faculty to localize management knowledge for China’s evolving business landscape. At Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, she partners with the associate dean of Executive Education to design executive education experiences for global organizations operating in Asia, with a focus on leadership, strategy, healthcare innovation, and sustainable growth.
As Founder of LC Business Bridge, Nina leads institutional development of the platform. Her work focuses on translating complex business challenges into structured learning experiences that enable leaders to grow with clarity, cultural intelligence, and global perspective. She holds a STEM MBA from North Carolina State University, a Leadership & Management Certificate from Duke University, and an Executive Education Diploma in General Management from CEIBS.
