Under her leadership, the program became one of the most respected healthcare education programs in the country, helping modernize patient-centered hospital management in China. She also played a key role in developing CEIBS’s executive education portfolio across leadership, functional management, and industry-specific programs.
At Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, Nina collaborates with the Associate Dean of the Executive Education to design customized programs for global clients operating in China and to develop partner programs across Duke Kunshan University and healthcare industry organizations. Her work focuses on leadership, strategy, healthcare innovation, and sustainable growth.
