Stephanie Liu
Leading Industry Faculty
Stephanie Liu is a distinguished human resources executive and leadership practitioner who bridges global HR strategy with real-world organizational execution across cultures and industries. She was Executive Vice President of HR at Eli Lilly and Simens Healthiness, with responsibilities spanning China, Greater China, and the Asia-Pacific region. Her cross-industry leadership experience across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, Finance, FMCG, industrial manufacturing and retail service has enabled her to navigate complex organizational environments and drive large-scale transformation.
Throughout her career, Stephanie has led a wide range of enterprise initiatives, including group-level HR transformation, performance management system design, local talent development frameworks, and organizational integration in M&A contexts. She brings deep expertise in strategic workforce planning, organizational design, leadership development, and culture transformation, with a strong focus on aligning people strategy with business performance in dynamic global markets.
As a certified instructor of the Society for Human Resource Management in China, Stephanie delivers SHRM-CP.SCP certification programs and leadership development workshops to multinational corporations and leading Chinese enterprises. She is committed to integrating Western human resources management frameworks with Eastern organizational practices, to developing leaders who can operate effectively across cultures and lead organizations in an increasingly interconnected world. She also holds multiple industry leadership roles including HR Association Executive Council Member of RDPAC and HR Vice President of the American Chamber of Commerce in China. She is also the recipient of “the Annual Best HR Manager” in China.
At LC Business Bridge, Stephanie serves as Leading Industry Faculty, bringing a practitioner’s perspective to leadership development and executive learning. She provides leaders with grounded, real-world insights into how strategy is translated into execution, and how organizations build resilient, high-performing teams across borders. Her work focuses on strengthening leadership effectiveness, enabling organizational agility, and developing talent systems that operate seamlessly in global contexts.
As a socially responsible business leader, she is actively engaged in philanthropic initiatives focused on rural education and the challenges of an aging society. Stephanie holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Fudan University and an executive education diploma in General Management from China Europe International Business School. She is also a certified Action Learning coach.
