Dr. Dongmei Song is a scholar in cross-cultural leadership and management and Faculty Lead at LC Business Bridge. Through her academic research, entrepreneurial work, and teaching, she is dedicated to developing culturally intelligent leaders who can build trust, navigate cultural differences, and lead effectively across borders.

The BridgeTalk team invited Dr. Song to serve as a Chinese-language narrator because she combines cross-cultural leadership expertise with professional vocal training. Her warm, rich, and resonant voice brings clarity, depth, and humanity to each phrase she narrates.

Dr. Song believes that language does more than communicate information—it influences how people think, reflects and shapes culture, and affects how relationships are formed. Learning even a few thoughtfully chosen phrases can demonstrate respect and commitment while serving as a strategic tool for connecting with people across cultures. Through BridgeTalk, she helps learners use language to deepen cultural understanding and strengthen their cross-cultural leadership capabilities.

Beyond her scholarly and entrepreneurial work, Dr. Song enjoys singing, music, travel, exercise, and cooking. She divides her time among Shanghai and Qingdao in China and Barcelona, Spain, where she shares life with her husband and two daughters. She also dedicates her time to volunteering in educational activities and supporting the growth of others through learning.
