Yu (Jayden) Ewing is a BridgeTalk Chinese narrator and a high school senior living in North Carolina. Raised in a Chinese-American family, he has taken virtual Chinese lessons twice a week since he is seven years old, and he values language as a way to understand different perspectives, navigate cultural differences, and facilitate constructive dialogue.

Passionate about aerospace, Jayden has created more than 160 educational videos at Youtube platform about airplanes, rockets, and engineering since eighth grade. He aspires to become a human-centered aerospace engineer and contributes to making air travel safer, more accessible, and more affordable.

Jayden earns the NOCN Level 3 Diploma in International Volunteering (Global Citizenship) and regularly volunteers in China. In an ethnic minority community in Yunnan, he supported older residents for agricultural works and taught English to local children.

Jayden is also a 400-meter track runner and has studied classical piano for 13 years. Through BridgeTalk, he hopes to inspire other young learners to view language as a bridge connecting people.
